As arguably the world’s most popular YouTube creator, Pewdiepie is always under attack for something he said on the internet. Yet, that doesn’t stop him from dishing the hate back out to the rest of the world. This time, his target is crypto supporters. More specifically, those YouTubers who helped promote the now infamous Bitconnect scam. He should be careful though. These same people he mocks may eventually take him down due to a secret weapon up their sleeves.
PEWDIEPIE TAKES DOWN YOUTUBE CRYPTO SUPPORTERS
You’ve all probably heard of Bitconnect and their infamous scheme by now. Pewdiepie is a little late to the party when it comes to bashing this ICO scam but what sets him apart from other YouTubers is his attack on Bitconnect promoters. In a recent video, he creates a mash-up of numerous creators who all helped support Bitconnect and their inevitable pyramid scheme. Pew then goes on to say that “the thing about cryptocurrency is everyone just shilling it for their own benefit, so who can you really trust?” Ouch, that one hits deep to crypto supporters. So how did they respond?
WILL CRYPTO COMMUNITY RESPOND TO PEWDIEPIE ON YOUTUBE
Here’s the thing about Pewdiepie. He is nearly too big to fail. Even after racist comments and other sorts of controversy, he still sits high up on his throne. Is there anyone out there who can really take him down? Better yet, does the crypto community have their own YouTube talent in the community just waiting to explode? If so, they’re hiding him or her really well. Perhaps all they need is a little motivation (and money).
THE NEXT PEWDIEPIE WILL GET FAMOUS ON YOUTUBE WITH CRYPTO
Haven’t you heard the news? YouTube isn’t paying out big bucks like they used to anymore. So where is the “next Pewdiepie” going to come from? How will he pay the bills? Odds are, he’ll seek money using blockchain based crowdfunding platforms. This new future of fundraising will help support struggling entrepreneurs who want to make their dreams a reality. Hence, the next big YouTuber is out there as we speak. So keep an eye on sites like YouToken for this undiscovered talent. Who knows? Maybe you’re the next internet star?
